11. Buyer and Seller Responsibilities

  • Sellers must not list banned, counterfeit, or misrepresented chemical products.
  • Sellers bear full responsibility for packaging, logistics, billing, and post-sale communication.
11.2. Buyers
  • Buyers must verify product information, pricing, certifications, and legal usage before placing orders.
  • Buyers are responsible for communicating specific technical or regulatory requirements to sellers.
  • Misuse of the platform or misrepresentation of intent may result in account termination.
11.3. ChemShopy’s Role
  • ChemShopy serves as a digital intermediary connecting B2B buyers and suppliers.
  • ChemShopy is not involved in manufacturing, quality assurance, transport, or dispute resolution.
  • ChemShopy disclaims liability for fraud, payment defaults, delays, or product non-performance.
  • Users must perform due diligence and accept responsibility for all transactions initiated via the platform.
